    2. Discuss possible solutions
  2. A Service Technician will be scheduled and sent to your residence on an appropriate date.
  3. This Service Technician will diagnose and repair the problem on first visit if possible .
  4. Parts ordering and subsequent follow up visit for installation of new parts may take place.
  5. Either the Service Technician or a Service Representative will discuss the problem, how it was solved and send an invoice.
  6. The payment of your bill concludes the repair process.
