Banks Pools built our pool 14 years ago and we have had a great experience with them. The building process went smoothly and the pool is beautiful. Since that time we have always used Banks for service as well as the retail store for supplies. We would not even consider switching.

Our family hired Banks Pools to design and build a custom pool and pond for our family located in Leawood Kansas. Banks designed a pool exceeding our expectations. The construction process was professionally handled delivering a product that we have never had a problem with. After owning and operating the pool for multiple years now, we have not had one structural problem. We have several friends with pools built by others that have presented multiple problems. From the date the pool was completed, we have had Banks maintain the pool. This service has also been excellent allowing us to enjoy the pool without the hassle of maintaining. If you want flawless turnkey service concerning a pool, this is the company to hire.

Bank's Pool and Spa designed and built my pool in 2010. The project went well and the salt water pool is beautiful, low maintenance, and has provided hours of pleasure for our friends and family. We open our pool in April and have been known to fire up the heater and take a Thanksgiving Day dip. Bank's service department winterizes our pool each year in early December and their service is outstanding. Jake ***** and Megan in the store are always friendly and knowledgeable when I bring water in to be tested. You can always bank on Bank's Pool and Spa Design !!

I have been a Banks retail customer for almost 10 years. I purchase my spa supplies, chemicals and replacement covers exclusively from Banks. I have been treated exceptionally well, and the personal service and advice on water chemistry maintenance from the retail store manager is unmatched. He is an expert in water chemical management, and due to his guidance and regular analysis of my spa water I have not had a water issue since I became a Banks customer. I can't say enough about his customer service skills, water/chemical knowledge and product knowledge. I would recommend Banks to everyone for their spa/pool product and maintenance needs!

I have been buying pool chemicals, equipment and supplies from Blue Valley Pool since they built our pool in 2004. Jake and his staff have been very helpful and got me through pool water chemistry problems many times. I can’t think of a time when Jake didn’t have in stock the chemicals I have needed. I find it convenient that they are open seven days a week and have evening hours.
